Baacha Khan Education Foundation holds one day Orientation Workshop on Vision and Mission of BKTEF
“Our literature, scholars and heroes like Hamza Khan Shinawari and Bacha Khan were the symbols of universal love and non-violence. They were engaged in peace making, love and peace-building process so that coming generations have a safer future and civilized living. Pashtuns founded a nonviolent movement called the Khudai Khidmatgar--the servants of God, under the charismatic leadership of Khan Abdul Ghafar Khan. This movement played a remarkable role in the education and socio-political awakening of the Pashtuns and reforming the ills of their society. The Khudai Khidmatgars established nearly 104 schools (Azad Islami Madrassas) all over Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in order to educate the the masses of the land. Baacha Khan Schools are the continuation of Azad Islami Madrassas”, said Dr. Khadim Hussain, MD BKTEF during Orientation Workshop on on Vision and Mission of BKTEF at Hamza Baba Complex Landikotal, Khyber Agency held on February 5, 2017.

Therefore, it is our responsibility to spread the model so that govt schools should also adopt this model”, he added.
