Khadim Hussain
(January 2010 to date)
With a research degree in Sociolinguistics, Khadim Hussain has worked as Professor for Linguistics and Communication at Bahria University Islamabad, Pakistan. He has some 20 international research publications and scores of media articles on education, human security, social transformation, culture, linguistics, extremism and terrorism and regional cooperation to his credit besides participation in more than 12 international conferences over the last 15 years.
He has been a co-researchers for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the project titled ‘Mode and Scale of Conflict in Iran, Turkey and Pakistan’ by School of Higher Studies in Social Sciences based in Paris besides working as a resource person for the workshops organized by Faculty Research Development Programme launched by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Khadim Hussain has been regularly invited as resource person by several national and international organizations to their workshops and conferences on the themes mentioned above.
Khadim Hussain has also been engaged in literary creativity, socio-political activism and advocacy for the last 15 years on the issues mentioned above. He has been regularly writing on the editorial pages of the daily Dawn, Pakistan, on the issues of militancy, social development and religious extremism in FATA and Pakhtunkhwa for the last five years. He also coordinates the research activities of Aryana Institute for Regional Research and Advocacy (AIRRA)—a regional research and advocacy group.
Javed Anwer

Mr. Javed Anwer is a professional Chartered Accountant having more then 28 years of post qualification experience to his credit. He is serving the BKTEF as Executive Director. Mr. Javed Anwer has worked with multi-national companies like Arabian-American Oil Company, ERNST, WINNEY International and Attock Oil Company in the private sector and with provincial government in various capacities. He has rich experience in planning, designing and implementation of projects ranging from industrial zones, manufacturing and process industries, housing colonies, hospitals and educational institutions all over Pakistan. Presently he is engaged in public practice of Chartered Accountancy.
Fazal Naeem
(July 2008 to date)
Mr. Fazal Naeem is Manager Finance at BKTEF Directorate. He has attained membership with Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA –UK) and has qualified it in August 2005. Mr. Naeem has served a chartered accountants consultancy as Manager Audit and has a good range of experience in financial management, financial reporting and budgeting.
Ms. Samira Shams
Ms. Samira Shams is serving the BKTEF as Executive Secretary. She has done her Bachelors/Graduation in Information Technology (BIT) from University of Peshawar in year 2008. She has worked in South Asia Partnership Pakistan (SAP) as MIS officer and Forum for Area Studies and Information Center (FASIC) as IT Manager for two years. She has also got good experience in documentation, record keeping and report writing.
Muhammad Arif Tangi
Muhammad Arif holds a Master degree in English Language and Literature. He has also got professional degree in Education. He has a vast experience in education, journalism and research. He was Stringer Correspondent for DAWN in district Charsadda. He taught English language and literature in Government Postgraduate College Charsadda . He served as Research Fellow in Baacha Khan Research Center and provided assistance to Dr. Fazal Rahim Marwat, Afrasiab Khattak and Muhammad Raza. He also worked as Research Fellow at AIRRA. He is engaged in different research activities related to Pukhtoon Land. He writes articles and poems for other Pukhtoon forums. He also translates documents of Pukhtoons’ interests from English, Urdu and Pakhto.
Saeed Khan
Saeed Khan has graduated from Karachi University. He has joined BKTEF in the capacity of Field Technical Advisor in the Project as Promotion Preservation of Culture, Arts and Heritage in Pakhtunkhwa.
Saeed Khan is a freelance columnist and shares articles with regional and national dailies.
He has been a Social and Political activist for the last 30 years.
Ashraf Ali
Ashraf Ali has graduated from Edwards College in the year 1988. He holds a Master Degree in History from the University of Peshawar. He is also a Law Graduate and a practicing lawyer and Socio- Political Activist. He is working as a Research Assistant in Baacha Khan Trust Education Foundation.
Midrar Ullah

Mr. Midrar Ullah is working as Web Developer. He has completed his Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT Hons.) from Gomal University, D.I.Khan with one year CCNA and MCSE Courses. He has practical experience in Web Development and has taught computer applications in Abasin Institute of Information Technology. Mr. Midrar has also developed websites for educational institutions and other corporate firms.
Waqar Ahmad

Mr. Waqar Ahmad got a diploma in electrical engineering and a bachelor degree in social sciences from the University of Peshawar. He also got a diploma in IT from the HITEC Degree College Peshawar in 2001. Additionally, he worked as Administrator in a local school from 2004 to September 2007. Currently, he is working in finance section of the BKTF as an Accounts Officer
Rashid Jan
Rashid Jan has graduated from AIOU Islamabad and currently doing his MS in Computer Sciences from Iqra University Islamabad. After completion he joined TYCO as Network Admin as internee. Then he joined AIRRA as IT admin and worked there for one year (Jan 2009 to Jan 2010). Presently he is working as Computer Operator at BKTEF.
Saleem Javed

Mr. Saleem Javed is graphics designer in BKTEF and is engaged with curriculum development wing. He has done B.Com from CECOS University. He has worked in the same capacity with Baacha Khan Trust for six years. He is working with a reputed news agency also.
Ammad Hafeez
January 2009 till to-date)
Mr. Ammad Hafeez is serving BKTEF in the capacity of Assistant to Manager Administration. He has completed his Masters in Statistics from the University of Peshawar. Prior to joining the Foundation he served The Mobilink as Finance Manager.
Anees Yousaf

Mr. Anees Yousaf is working at BKTEF Directorate as MIS Officer. He has completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Rehman Ullah
(January 2005 to date)
Mr. Rehman Ullah is working as Front Desk Officer in BKTEF. He has completed his secondary education and has worked for almost five years with various Chartered Accountants’ Firms. He has maintained the positions of Accountant, Corporate Affairs Person.
